So after Disneyland, we went for an early dinner at Causeway Bay.
Yeah, it’s that place where people often go in those Hong Kong drama/movies.
Didn’t have enough time to look around there.
But there was this cool deco thingy.
Its like a huge star.
We had dinner at some place called The Spaghetti House.
Its supposedly one of the good restaurants there.
Cause they had branches everywhere.
It was okay i guess. (:Later on, we went to Star Avenue.
That’s the place where all the Hong Kong stars leave their mark.
Something like the Hall Of Fame in LA if i’m not mistaken.
I know,
My geography and general knowledge sucks. (:
Well, the view at star avenue rocked.
Sure, it wasn’t some rocky mountains with clouds and stuff that makes it look super nice.
It also wasn’t some beautiful sunset at beaches.
Or manificant sunrises at mountain hills.
It was lights. Lights. And more lights. (:They’re very proud of their movie stars.
Hence, they made this bronze statue of bruce lee here.
Everyone just got handprints in cement.
He got his very own statue. (:
I went back there the next morning with my sis just to get a picture.
To prove something.
To prove that.
I was.
Actually.
Bruce Lee in my past life.
Or so Alan claims so.
So anyways, while we were walking back to the MTR (not MRT) station,
We spotted the most popular and most expensive hotel there.
It costs about a RM1000 per night. (:
It opens a big can of whupass everytime someone steps in there.
We then went down to central to have our supper.
You know in movies where you see thieves running away after snatching someone’s handphone?
I saw it live!
Except it was just 5 HK dollars.
They both spotted it at the same time and one of them pushed the other down and ran off with it.
The dude that was pushed down then chased after him.
-.-”
So anyways, we went in this Char Chan Teng.
In Hong Kong, everyone shares a table.
And i mean EVERYONE.
Everywhere is just so packed.
That they have no choice but to share the table.
Let’s say its actually a table of 5.
But there is a couple wanting a table and there are already 3 people sitting at that table.
Even though there are other places available, they are forced to sit there.
-.-”
Some custom eh?
So i looked through their menu.
Fried Kwai Diu.A normal person would think,
Oh, just Fried Kuay Teow.
But not me.
Nuh uh.
I insisted that it was,
It was,
It was,
..
..
..
..
..
..
..
..
Fried expensive fuck. :/
So, disapproving their menu, me and my sister went to the nearest Mcd’s.
They have like this rice burgers.
IT SO TOTALLY ROCKS!
The beef they serve is seriously tender.
Nothing on the Malaysian Mcd’s menu can beat this.
Not even the scrumptious Ayam Goreng Mc D.
That i love oh-so-much.
(:
This FAN-tastic Buger is seriously FANTASTIC!
And that wraps up what i did that day. (:
So after watching the parade, we took a look at the disneyland merchandise.
Nothing much about them.
Just that their really expensive.
And uh.
First time i’ve seen a mickey mouse shirt worth more than RM10.
I’m just gonna post pictures since i’m bored by em. : /
EVERY KID WANTS A BUZZ LIGHTYEAR!
So how come i don’t want one. :/
Oh, Look at the pictures closely.
They all say, TRY ME!
That sounds wrong.
I’ve heard of beastiality but never uh.
Toy-ality.
“Press my chest buttons twice and …”
Not to a toy i won’t. (:
If only they had a recording of a woman saying that.
Oh yes.
THEN, i’d buy that toy. (:
Or even better, if there was a woman saying that there.
I’d buy that woman too. (:
Oh,
One particular thing that caught my attention.
Was this mini house.
Inside, there were these mini furniture and stuff.
I so totally have to own a mini house. (:
Not barbie houses mind you.
This mini house is special.
Inside, there are several disney characters.
Such as the Teapot Set from “Beauty And The Beast.”
Simba from the “Lion King” is also inside.
That’s as far as i can remember. (:
But i know there are still a number of characters inside.
Then, there was the super large great christmas tree of all time.
It wasn’t just a super large great christmas tree of all time.
It was THE super large great christmas tree of all time.
What? It isn’t that big ?
It may look small in the picture, so let me compare it to an object.
Namely, me. (:
And now, a super nice picture, if i do say so myself, taken by..*Drum roll plays*
Cue downbeat heavy music.
Dum dum dum DUUUUMM!
ME.
That’s Disneyland for you. (:
Just things that i put on my blog that is.
I keep the rest up in my head. (:
Right.
So, about the parade.
I’m not really into parades.
This is my first parade ever though.
But I still don’t really like ‘em.
Kinda boring from my point of view. :/
HOWEVER, A FEW PARTS CAUGHT MY EYES.
GUYS GO AWAY ! (:
I like Chip and Dale. (:
My childhood heroes.
Cinderella from the front.Cinderella is really WHITE. :/
And Snow White from behind.
Let’s not forget about the next princess, Azriel Ariel from The Little Mermaid. (:
And next, are characters from Toy Story.
EVERYONE WANTS A BUZZLIGHTYEAR. (:
THROW WOODY AWAY.
NOBODY WANTS COWBOIS NO MORE!
COWGIRLS HOWEVER,
Are sexy. (:
With their tight shirts and shorts. (:
Don’t you agree ? (:
Despite the main characters stealing the limelight,
My favourite character from the movie is still …(: Doesn’t he RAWK.
And now, THE DISNEY CASTLE.
With all the original Disney characters.
Such as,
MICKEY! (And Miney in the background )
I don’t really fancy them though. : /
GOOFY!
Not to forget, Daisy.
I couldn’t get a shot of Donald. ):
And my faaaavourite of them all, PLUTO! =D
They wanted to put Mushu in.
But i guess he was busy. : /
So they had a statue of him instead.
These are all the floats used in the parade.
More on Disneyland in “Disneyland, part 3.”
When i was in disneyland last year, there were lotsa crazy things you’d wish you’d have at home.
One of them is this super cool trashcan. This trashcan reminds me of R2 from “Perangan Bintang”.
A.k.a. Star Wars.
This trash can not only looks cool, it also dances along to music.
Here’s a video of it in action. If you listen closely, there’s a YMCA song playing.
But it dies off as the robot stops dancing.
There weren’t many roller coasters in Disney land.
I only say one of them.
And i think that was the only one around.
However, there was this one ride.
And it was the best.
Among everything.
That’s right.
Buzz Lightyear’s Astro blasters.
Before you tell me how childish i am, let me explain to you how the ride works.
-You sit in the compartment.
-You shoot at targets with your toy gun using the technology of infrared.
-You rank up points.
-There’s a steering joystick to spin the compartment like a merry-go-round.
-Use it to cheat.
-Make your brother opponent next to you be unable to shoot any targets.
-You win.
I have not convinced you yet eh?
Well, its sort of like playing Counter-Strike.
Only in real life.
And you don’t die.
And you just sit all the way.
I still haven’t convinced you?
Well, this Buzz Lightyear statue outside of it makes it super cool.
So it doesn’t matter if i convince you.
Cause since i took that ride, TWICE.
I own you.
In fact, I DOUBLE OWN you.
So there.
While we were there, we spotted a band which was quite popular.
Is anyone familliar with GOOD CHARLOTTE?
YES.
I KNOW.
I’M NOT SHITTING YOU.
SERIOUSLY.
They weren’t there. (:
I was just asking if you’re familliar with them.Instead, if some of you have watched “American Pie : Band Camp”,
Bands aren’t really that bad after all.
I mean check that video out.
I’m not a fan of band geeks and shit.
But heck, i appreciate good music when i hear it.
Be it by band geeks / perverted old men.Who can forget that great castle.
The castle they always show before every Disney premier movie.
However, it being in the afternoon, there weren’t any fireworks. (:
In Disneyland Hong Kong,
They also have this Lion King musical.
They import people from overseas.
America i think.
Anyways, they rock.
They also had floats made for the musical.
One of them is about 2-3 stories high.
With every detail designed on to the float for perfection.
This is my favourite. (:
I just can’t resist Timon and Pumbaa.
They make me laugh till i pee.
I absolutely love these blurrrrred pictures during the show.
With all the lights and everything, it makes it as though there’s a Perangan Bintang battle right in front of us.
We then visited Tarzan’s Treehouse.
They really follow every single detail when designing this treehouse.
In the show, the tree house is on a small and lonely island.
In disneyland, it is also on an island.
But it sure isn’t lonely.
We have to take a boat to cross over to the treehouse.
And the treehouse looked like it was hit by a bazookaSPERMZOOKA.
With the large amount of people running around everywhere.
Its as though a sperm blob had landed on it and all the sperm cells directly turned into a fully grown adult.
That came with a package deal of children.
Then, we went on to watch the parade.
However, i’ll leave you in suspense.
That’ll be for another post.
I’m tired of uploading pictures. (:
But here’s one more just for you readers.
Say goodbye to good ol 2006 and welcome new born 2007!
All those good moments should be remembered always!
Great
classmates JOKERS.2006 was a great year.
Sadly, i didn’t have a camera in the beginning of 2006.
So i am stuck with photos of the end of 2006.
OWELL.
Its really amazing what one can do in a year.
I learned how to play ice hockey.
Had my name in the newspaper once.
Learned a lot about life.
I’ve even come to experience the greatness of Ms Read’s Chocolate Brownies.
How it melts in your mouth.
With the gentle touch of chocolate.
So sweet and chocolatey.
I went to Hong Kong.
And my first time ever in Disneyland.
I also threw my weight around the plane (:
And not to forget, kept in touch with old friends.
This picture goes waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back then.
In SK Taman Megah.
I also made new friends. Not to forget, enemies.
Who can go through life without making some?
No one.
Celebrated Christmas with friends. Revived old memories by visiting the old neighbourhood.
And made a new friend.
And i’m saying bye to an old friend. ) :
But the cherry on top of the year was,
I fell in love.
Its like cancer.
It can’t be cured.
And that’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me.
But now its time to say goodbye to 2006.
And hello 2007!
Some of you might know this but some of you might not.
Ooi Thian Hong,
Has migrated to Australia.
We sent him off to the airport for his 5.15pm flight today.”WE”,

*Yeoh Wai Hong
He’s been really a great friend.
With his trademark phrase,
“BUT WHY?”
I will never forget you Thian Hong.
All those times we shared together.
-Playing football.
-Playing handball.
-Playing volleyball.
-Playing basketball.
-Playing softball.
-Lifting weights.
-Eating together.
-Hanging out.
-Staying over.
-Watching movies.
-Talking.
I’ve known you for over 10 years starting from strd 1 my friend.
Watching you walk through those imigration gates was the hardest thing i could do.
Watching you leave and not knowing when i’ll see you again.
We all shed tears.
Trying to be tough to send you off.
But we still couldn’t keep it in.
All that love for you.
I remember how we stayed up all night at your place playing.
On your birthday.
Playing football in your room.
When you stayed over in my house.
Watching movies and reading comics.
When we stayed over in Matthias’ house.
Rampaging through his comics.
Priceless times.
Which can never be replaced.
It all started out great today.
Seeing you getting ready and still happy.
Having fun in the car talking.
Until we reached the airport.
Cause that’s when you would leave.
I was hoping we wouldn’t reach there.
A journey that would never end.
A road that just goes on.
In that van of friends.
But alas, all meetings must have a parting.
I will miss you Thian Hong.
And i can’t wait until we meet again.
As i’m writing this post.
Tears are rolling down my cheeks.
I can’t help it but to be sad.
Without you,
Things will definately different.
Its already different now.
You’ve sunk yourself deep into our hearts.
So deep that its impossible for us to get you out of there.
And i thank you for doing that.
I used to think you were annoying.
Calling me when i was sleeping.
But now,
I’m sad to know that it won’t happen anymore.
No 12am phone calls.
It might’ve seemed annoying then.
But now i’d just wish you’d call me right now.
Just right now.
To hear your voice.
Something i really want now.
We all can never forget your cheerfulness.
Always smiling.
Always happy.
That’s how i saw you.
Always there to help a friend in need.
I miss you now Thian Hong.
Its been just a few hours since we saw you.
And yet, it seems like years.
You wrote a letter for me.
And that letter made me cry.
Everytime i flashback into the past thinking about you and the times we had,
It brings tears to my eyes.
That letter was more than just paper and ink on it.
It was love, friendship, effort, and memories in there.
If it weren’t for you,
The school volleyball team would have never been started.
If it weren’t for you,
We would have lost more football matches in standard 6.
If it weren’t for you,
We would have never been so happy.
This post goes out to you Thian Hong.
Who is now still on the plane to Australia.
Have a safe flight and take care my friend.
I’ll see you soon.
Friendship never dies.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!So sorry people.
Blogger isn’t letting my upload photos anytime soon.
I’ll keep trying.
I know you guys won’t be able to survive without my crap.
Here’s what i’ve got lined up.
*A New Year post.
*”Why they call me the warrior” post.
*Why ball point pens are better than gel pens post.
